Research Projects to be Undertaken by NRA

It is NRA's intention to undertake numerous studies at an organizational level in order to establish a working model for Network-Centric Operations. It is believed that this will be achieved in three phases. The first being an extensive examination and identification of all operational aspects of the corporarate NCO approach. This includes an identification of aspects of the information, physical and cognitive domains.

Using the data obtained from these studies, NRA is able to identify nodes within the NCO that are either over or under utilized. By identifying these nodes, NRA uses a process, coined Network Node Management (NNM) in which individual nodes within a network are focused on and optimized operationally. This can include re-training and diversion or alleviation of particular responsibilities. By identifying the need through surveys, NRA is able to make positive recommendations that will enable the successful adoption of a proactive approach within a Network-Centric model.

One of the many great advantages of the NRA approach is its ease of use. We no longer have to come out to your site to interview your staff; taking up their time and distracting them from their work. Instead we simply ask staff to undertake a survey online at a time and place that is convenient to them. Our system operates permanently so individuals may participate at any time that suits them.

The team at NRA simply send out your staff members the relevant log-in details in the form of an email that requests their participation. This message includes a link to the survey along with a user name and password which allows for later identification and authentication of the participant's response. What could be easier and more efficient?
